1. Coaching Services

You will receive weekly individual strategy sessions, designed to support your professional and personal goals through: Strategic structure; Accountability; Business, Mindset, and Wellbeing Coaching.

2. Session Logistics

Weekly 30–60 min audio calls (via phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom)

Agreed upon texting support between calls (Mon–Fri)

Punctuality:

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared so we can make the most of our time together. If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, out of respect for both of our commitments.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full on the start date of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ongoing clients have the option to be billed on a monthly basis every 30 days or annually.

Late or failed payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect both our time:

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.

If the client chooses to discontinue their monthly coaching before the end of the agreed-upon package, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

If the client chooses to discontinue their annual coaching before the end of the agreed-upon package, a pro-rated refund will be issued for remaining months minus the discounted price of annual. (ie. Annual starts in January, if discontinued in June ($1,000 x 6 = $6,000 → Refund = $4,000. That means if annual service starts in January and service is discontinued in October, no refund will be issued.)

In the unlikely event that the coach cancels or terminates the engagement, unused prepaid sessions will be refunded in full.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All conversations and shared materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality:

Your identity, progress, and any session content will never be shared without your written consent, except as required by law or in cases of risk of harm to yourself or others. Notes and client records are securely stored and never shared with third parties.

Intellectual Property:

Any materials provided during coaching (templates, worksheets, frameworks) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or repurposed without written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. While I provide structure and support, your active participation is essential. Results are not guaranteed. Your effort is the key driver of progress and transformation.

7. Coach’s Role

As your coach, I am here to guide, challenge, and support you in business and in personal endeavors. However, I do not function as a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or legal consultant.

By signing up for and continuing with coaching services, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the terms above
